The best diet plans are the ones that are purely healthy and don’t rely on artificial flavor to make them taste better. There is no better place than to look than the earth and what it produces for a great way to lose weight. Eat more vegetables to increase your health and help keep off that unwanted weight.

It’s always a huge battle to get kids to eat their vegetables. They will make excuses as to why they won’t eat them and refuse to put one in their mouth. But adults, who are looking for a way to lose some weight, have to have a different approach. Stir fry them, steam them, or eat them raw and cold, in a big salad using lemon and salt as a dressing. Vegetables are filled with natural favors which can be tasted when eaten alone. No need to drench them in a high fat dressing. Eat more than three to five servings of vegetables a day and keep your stomach full and your mind distracted from wanting to eat an unhealthy snack.
